2. Booking Conditions
Bookings must be made through our website, affiliated platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), or directly via email/phone.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation and, if applicable, the payment has been processed.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid ID upon request.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms vary depending on the property and booking platform used. Specific terms will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation policies are stated on each listing. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the specified terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund if we are unable to provide suitable alternatives.
4. Guest Responsibilities

No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
Any damage must be reported immediately. You may be charged for damage or extra cleaning required due to misuse.

Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
